Penguin Palace Challenge #36 – Sketch

Hello and welcome back crafty friends!

We LOVED seeing your spring-inspired projects over the past month and want to thank you so much for participating in Challenge #35.

Now, onto Penguin Palace Challenge #36! We have a fun sketch that can be interpreted so many ways for this month. Don’t forget to link your projects featuring Penguin Palace stamps below for your chance to win a $25 gift card!

I decided to branch out from my usual style for this card and made something monochrome! I stuck with an entirely black and white design — this would also be a fun technique if you think the recipient may be interested in coloring the card!

I used the base of my Stencils 360°™ to act as a guide for stamping in a circular pattern. Then, using a bunch of the smaller stamps from Inseparable, I created a repeating pattern by stamping the images around a central circle (I used a diecut circle as a place holder) leaving space in the center for my sentiment. I stamped the sentiment from Beautiful Inside & Out in the center of my circle, and finished the card off with some black sequin embellishments!

We love seeing your creations and would love for you to join us in this month’s challenge! All you have to do to enter is use the challenge sketch to create a project that features at least one Penguin Palace product as the focal point. Full challenge rules can be found here.

This month’s challenge runs until April 29th at 11:59 PDT. We’ll select a winner to receive a $25 CAD gift certificate to ppstamps.com from challenge #35 and #36 which will be announced on May 1st at the beginning of challenge #37!

Don’t forget to link up your project below, and if you’re sharing to social media use the hashtag #penguinpalaceprojects! We’d also love for you to share your projects in the challenge album in our Penguin Palace Facebook group!
